1. Eligibility & Account Registration

phl8's total liability to any Player for all claims arising from use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phl8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data.

7.2 Dispute Resolution
